Prolific is seeking an AI and Machine Learning Engineer to join our Expert Network, helping train and evaluate the next generation of LLMs with deep technical expertise. You’ll review architectures, audit code, and refine RLHF workflows in a production-like setting.

Qualifications

• Education in CS/AI/Robotics with ML focus.
• Production experience on ML models (training/deploy/fine-tuning).
• Deep learning mastery: transformers, CNNs, RNNs.
• Hands-on with Prompt Engineering, RLHF or RAG workflows.
• Ability to audit model logic and data quality, detect issues.
• Strong attention to detail in evaluating AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate LLM architecture logic for technical accuracy.
• Audit ML code and notebooks for efficiency and correctness.
• Refine RLHF frameworks to align with human intent and safety.
• Analyze model reasoning and CoT prompts for breakdowns.
• Benchmark performance across model outputs using defined metrics.
