Jobright.ai seeks an entry-level AI Engineer to contribute to the development, evaluation, and deployment of AI-powered features used by real job seekers, focusing on search, recommendations, and personalization.

You will collaborate with remote engineering, product, and data teams in the United States, build prototypes and production pipelines, and help improve model quality, latency, and reliability across our AI-driven job search platform.

Qualificações

• Strong grounding in machine learning, NLP, or information retrieval concepts.
• Familiarity with APIs, Git, debugging, and basic software engineering practices.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Implement AI and ML features for search, recommendations, and personalization.
• Build data preparation, evaluation, and experimentation pipelines.
• Work with prompts, embeddings, retrieval, and LLM APIs.
• Integrate AI capabilities into reliable product and backend systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams in a remote environment.
