Wilson Sonsini is seeking an AI Enablement Specialist to advance legal service delivery by evaluating and implementing AI technology and process improvements across legal practice areas. The role collaborates with practice groups, attorneys, and tech teams to translate practitioner needs into practical, tech-enabled solutions.

This position is available as a full virtual opportunity, with base pay aligned by location and experience.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience with AI and training technology tools.
Experience with technology solutions such as document automation, matter management systems, AI-enabled tools, or workflow platforms.
Strong communication skills translating complex technical concepts for legal professionals.
Ability to collaborate across functions and influence tool adoption among stakeholders.
Experience managing projects or initiatives with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

Contribute to development of AI-enabled solutions, automated workflows, data-driven tools, and support internal operations.
Support development and execution of innovation strategies aligned with legal practice areas.
Drive evaluation of emerging technologies and provide actionable recommendations.
Lead pilot programs, proofs-of-concept, and testing for usability and impact.
Coordinate rollout and adoption of tech solutions within workflows.
