Job summary

Fruition seeks an experienced SEO Strategist to lead strategy and implementation across client projects in Denver or fully remote US. You will act as the principal liaison between clients and internal teams, translating search developments into actionable roadmaps and measuring success with data-driven insights.

Collaborate with Social, Content, and Development teams, run assessments, implement structured data, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of SEO strategy and implementation experience.
• Thorough knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Daily use of AI tools in workflow and understanding of how AI systems retrieve, rank, and cite content.
• Experience presenting strategy and results directly to clients.
• Experience managing marketing programs with KPIs.
• Self-starter and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• HTML/CSS and website administration knowledge.
• BS in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead comprehensive SEO and AI visibility strategies for multiple clients, covering onsite, offsite, and AI visibility efforts.
• Run clients through Fruition's SEO and content assessment framework and translate scores into roadmaps.
• Translate AI search developments into client strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage full digital campaigns.
• Compile and present monthly reporting and quarterly business reviews.
• Serve as subject matter expert in client meetings and calls.
• Execute tests, analyze data, and identify trends to maximize organic ROI.
• Identify underperforming initiatives and course-correct.
• Set up Google Tag Manager containers and required tags.
• Implement and audit structured data to support search and AI visibility.
• Mentor junior team members on SEO best practices.
• Assist with new business proposals and strategic planning for prospective clients.
• Assist Development with new website launches for SEO deployment.
