Job summary

FINN Partners is seeking a hands-on SEO strategist to lead on-page/content strategy, technical SEO, and GEO/AI visibility for a portfolio of agency clients. You will collaborate with PR, paid, social and creative teams and grow into more client-facing responsibilities as you advance.

This remote-first role emphasizes cross-team delivery, data-driven reporting, and measurable growth across B2B and B2C accounts.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with at least 1 in an agency or multi-client environment.
Track record of organic growth with measurable results.
Fluent with Semrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console and GA4.
Clear, curious view on how AI is changing search.

Responsibilities

On-page SEO and content strategy: build content strategies that earn qualified organic traffic and turn it into leads, sales or bookings.
Technical SEO: support audits and turn findings into a prioritized roadmap; focus on Core Web Vitals, structured data and clean URLs.
GEO and AI search visibility: connect GEO work to SEO fundamentals, analyze sources AI platforms cite, research prompts/questions, translate changes into practical recommendations.
Measurement and reporting: report organic and AI search results in business terms; explain targeting strategies in plain language.
Client leadership and delivery: be accountable to SEO retainer delivery, manage workload across accounts, collaborate with other strategists and spot growth opportunities.
