• Experience building or improving an AI-enabled workflow or automation.
• Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail.
• Clear written communication and ability to work with agencies and leadership.
• Able to work independently in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee paid-media performance in Google Ads and agency accounts, reviewing structure, bids, budgets, and conversion data.
• Analyze data across advertising platforms, CRM, and internal reports to identify patterns and drive tests and budget decisions.
• Coordinate with paid-media and SEO agencies, document commitments, and manage platform access and vendor administration.
• Monitor connections between CallRail, GA4, Google Ads, Zapier, and ServiceTitan to spot tracking gaps and data issues.
• Leverage AI to improve workflows, automation, or lightweight tools, with verification of outputs.
