Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Software Engineer (Go, Python, TS) for a remote contract role. You will design and implement code solutions to simulate real-world development scenarios for AI model training, and you will review and critique sample code to improve AI understanding of software engineering concepts.

You will also generate high-quality code samples, unit tests, and documentation, identify edge cases, and share best practices.

Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Go with substantial hands-on project experience.
• Strong command of Python and TypeScript, with the ability to write clean, idiomatic code in both languages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen focus on articulating technical concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with software architecture, design patterns, and modern development workflows.
• Prior experience reviewing or analyzing code for correctness, efficiency, and clarity.
• Exposure to code documentation best practices and collaborative software projects.

Responsibilities
