Job summary

Tandems is recruiting a Licensed Financial Advisor to join our remote-first team. You will support both D2C clients and our B2B enterprise product roadmap, serving as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on our software solutions.

You will train and coach advisors using our platform, build lasting client relationships, and provide proactive guidance. The role requires fiduciary standards, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a financial advisor capacity.
• Active Series 65 or Series 66 license required.
• Experience working in an RIA model is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience supporting advisors in roles involving learning and development or strategic initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a cross-functional team to create a best-in-class experience for D2C clients and enterprise partners
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing feedback on software product development
• Influence: Serve as subject matter expert across our software solutions and contribute to case studies involving the use of our platform
