All Financial Freedom is hiring a Client Relationship Associate to guide individuals and families through financial options via education and personalized guidance. This remote role emphasizes building relationships and ongoing client support.

Youll receive structured onboarding, mentorship, and access to professional development resources, with licensing support for qualified candidates and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in customer service, client relations, sales, healthcare, education, banking, hospitality, or other client-facing roles is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients through scheduled virtual appointments.
• Learn each client's financial goals and provide educational guidance tailored to their needs.
• Help clients understand strategies related to retirement planning, financial protection, wealth accumulation, and legacy planning.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments and maintain ongoing communication throughout the client experience.
• Maintain accurate client records while following company procedures and applicable compliance requirements.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuing professional development.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals to continuously improve client service and communication skills.
