AuraOne is seeking a Document Review Expert to remotely assess AI outputs across document review workflows. You will grade workflow correctness, policy adherence, and stakeholder fit, flag operational risk, and document the next steps for model training.

As a contractor, you will work asynchronously for at least 10 hours per week on real tasks, using rubric-based evaluations and multi-page reviews to ensure consistent quality across batches.

Qualifications

• Experience in document review operations on real teams.
• Ability to apply multi-page rubrics consistently.
• Clear written reasoning citing policy/workflow applied.

Responsibilities

• Review AI outputs against workflows and firm policy.
• Grade tone, escalation logic, and stakeholder fit.
• Flag operational risk and policy-adherence gaps.
• Capture the next steps for model training.
• Adjudicate disputed playbook calls.
