Job summary

Tantus, a Sikich Subsidiary, is seeking an AI Developer/Applied ML Practitioner to support FAA enterprise data and analytics platforms, including Palantir Foundry, AI/ML, EDP, data governance, cloud modernization, and BI. This role is remote with the option to report onsite in Washington, DC as needed.

You will develop analytical products, dashboards, predictive models, and ML solutions, and implement AI workflows across Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and SageMaker.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in data science, IT, mathematics, statistics, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of software development experience, especially AI applications in cloud environments.
• Strong skills in AI/ML software engineering, Python, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, LangChain, AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Azure OpenAI, and Palantir Foundry

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical products, dashboards, predictive models, ML solutions, and decision-support capabilities.
• Implement prototype AI solutions, LLM workflows, and analytics accelerators.
• Code and configure AI applications within Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, and Palantir Foundry.
• Implement autonomous agentic workflows, tool/function calling, retrieval-augmented generation, and LLM alignment techniques.
• Integrate AI models into existing systems and support troubleshooting, optimization, and knowledge transfer.
