The role emphasizes design judgment over software mastery, with remote-friendly arrangements and flexible engagement options. A portfolio demonstrating high-quality work is essential.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated design excellence in at least one professional discipline (graphic, brand/visual, UI/UX, web, game design, or illustration).
• A portfolio showing strong taste and finished, high-quality work.
• Sharp eye for typography, hierarchy, spacing, color, composition, and clarity of communication.
• Ability to evaluate design quality across specialties and explain why.
• Fluency in English, with excellent written communication for critiques.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow evolving instructions in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort creating high-quality reference examples, not only scoring existing ones.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate design outputs across formats (visual assets, layouts, websites, prototypes, and games).
• Distinguish clear, functional, well-resolved design and articulate issues.
• Refine or recreate outputs to produce strong examples.
• Write precise annotations and critiques on design quality.
• Help label high-quality datasets spanning design writing.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on rubrics and evaluation tasks.
• Work across briefs and styles while maintaining quality.
