Job summary

Procore Technologies seeks an AI Deployment Specialist to bring agentic AI solutions to construction teams. You will partner with field teams to architect builds, drive usage from pilot to value realization, and translate AI vision into live systems.

You will work with engineers, account managers, and customer success to move use cases to adoption and measurable value while traveling to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as construction management or engineering.
• 5+ years in customer success, AI solutions, or construction-related roles with direct client interaction.
• Hands-on ability to build AI solutions and manage data pipelines.
• Strong communication with senior construction decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex AI deployment programs from requirements through production.
• Lead deployments with construction teams to drive adoption and value.
• Design data pipelines and knowledge graphs to ground AI in real context.
• Travel to customer sites for workshops, hackathons, and reviews.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to relay feedback and close gaps.
