Speechify is seeking a Software Engineer - AI Data to power its AI initiatives by building data pipelines and scalable datasets for model training. You will work across data sources, create reliable ingestion and processing systems, and collaborate with AI scientists to improve training data quality.

You'll join a distributed team, own projects from discovery to production, and contribute to a product that helps millions access learning tools.

Competenze

• 5+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash in Linux environments.
• Experience building and operating production data pipelines or large-scale data processing.

Mansioni

• Discover new sources of data and build pipelines to ingest them into training datasets.
• Build and improve large-scale data-processing systems, optimizing data quality, throughput, and cost.
• Collaborate with AI scientists to improve training datasets and support next-generation models.
