Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a Strategic Project Lead to run complex AI data projects from customer requirements through final delivery. This fully remote, full-time role requires turning ambiguous needs into clear operating plans while maintaining quality, throughput and timelines.

You will manage distributed teams of domain experts and internal operators, translating briefs into workflows and providing customers with regular progress updates under tight delivery windows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in high-ownership environments.
• Ability to translate requirements into operating plans and processes.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable working directly with customers under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Capable of independent decision-making with incomplete information.
• Excellent attention to detail while focusing on overall project outcomes.
• Able to thrive in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities.
• Familiarity with AI, data operations, or distributed workforces is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end, from scoping and planning through execution and final delivery.
• Translate customer requirements into workflows, milestones, instructions and processes.
• Coordinate distributed teams of domain experts, reviewers and internal operators.
• Track project quality, throughput, capacity, deadlines and contributor performance.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and redesign processes to improve quality and speed.
• Provide customers with clear progress updates and surface risks.
• Assist with sourcing, onboarding and training for specialist contributors at scale.
• Build simple systems and processes to ease project operations as they grow.
• Maintain high quality standards while meeting demanding timelines.
