Job summary

RWS is seeking AI Data Specialists to support the improvement of AI-generated content in Chinese (Traditional and Simplified). This freelance, remote role offers flexible hours and a long-term project with immediate start.

Work involves diverse data tasks across content types and counts toward a global AI safety effort. Ideal candidates are native Chinese speakers with strong English proficiency (B2–C2) and experience in data collection, preprocessing, evaluation, QA, and labeling.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Chinese (Traditional and Simplified).
• Fluent to advanced English (B2–C2).
• Experience in machine learning tasks, data collection/preprocessing, data evaluation/QA, and data annotation/ labeling.

Responsibilities

• Data collection, evaluation, and annotation.
• Pairwise comparisons.
• Counting tasks.
• Object tagging and labeling across content types (audio, video, images, or collected data).
