Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what went wrong in writing. This remote role pays up to $15/hour and includes weekly payments.

You’ll help improve AI reasoning and output in a real-world setting. The position is freelance (1099) with paid weekly incentives and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain observations concisely.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio/video.
• Provide written explanations detailing what was observed and why it mattered.
