Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home with flexible hours. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what’s off in writing, remotely and on your own schedule.

Earn up to $15 per hour and access leading LLMs free of charge; payments are made weekly via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM, and you can work from anywhere. Outlier aims to improve AI systems through evaluation and feedback.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to listen closely.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining choices in natural conversation.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rating naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs in detail to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs on dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing clear explanations in English.
