Job summary

Outlier is looking for detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, evaluate AI-generated images and videos, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Your work helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve, contributing to a feedback loop that makes AI perform better in real-world scenarios.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a focused explanation in English.
