SupportFinity™ is seeking a Content Editor to join our team to train AI models. This role requires expertise in writing, editing, and content development, where you'll measure and improve AI chatbot performance.

Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, be fluent in English, and be detail-oriented. This is a remote, independent contract position available exclusively to applicants in the United States.

• Expert writing, editing, and content development skills.
• Experience in Communications or Journalism is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Give AI chatbots writing and editing tasks and evaluate their outputs.
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness.

Skills
