Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely and on flexible hours. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, compare image and video outputs, and write concise explanations of what looked or sounded off.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain decisions.
• Experience writing short, evidence‑based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable in natural, everyday conversational contexts.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs to spot artifacts and misalignments across media types.
• Writing specific explanations in English referencing observed issues.
