Sia Partners' Sia Experience-Marketing Advisory is seeking a Contract Community Manager to help build and scale a global AI-enabled community around a next-generation consumer product. You will define community strategy, design engagement programs, and partner with product and marketing teams.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in community roles, experience with AI-driven products, and a builder mindset. This is a remote, project-based role with 40-hour weeks and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across community, social, developer relations, creator programs, product advocacy, or related areas.
• Experience supporting consumer technology products at meaningful scale.
• Experience building ambassador/creator/superuser programs from the ground up.
• Builder mindset with rapid testing and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Own the Community Strategy.
• Define community for an emerging AI product and growth path.
• Build a home for engaged users and scalable programs.
• Develop ambassador, advocate, and power-user programs.
• Design and test engagement programs to deepen participation.
• Enable members to run events and meetups via scalable toolkits.
• Collaborate with social, brand, and creative teams to broaden reach.
• Drive adoption in new markets through community-led outreach.
• Explore AI-driven personalization to enhance experiences.
• Own community health metrics: activity, retention, advocacy.
