Job summary

Agile Resources, Inc. is seeking an AI Automation Engineer to build and scale enterprise AI automation and agentic workflows, combining strong Python/backend engineering with hands-on experience in LLMs, multi-agent frameworks, APIs, and AI-assisted development.

You will develop Python-based integrations with ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Zabbix, and GCP, support AI use cases like incident triage and self-healing, and build REST APIs while ensuring observability and data quality across enterprise data

Qualifications

3–5 years of software/backend engineering, API, data, or AIOps experience.
1–2+ years of hands-on LLM/AI application experience.
Strong Python development skills.
Experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic AI.
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.
Knowledge of MCP/tool-calling architectures.
Strong REST API and enterprise integration experience.
Familiarity with ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Zabbix, or GCP is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Build AI agents and workflows using LLMs, MCP, tool calling, and agentic frameworks.
Develop Python-based integrations with ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Zabbix, and GCP.
Support AI use cases including incident triage, RCA, Help Desk automation, and self-healing.
Build and consume REST APIs and integrate enterprise operational data.
Implement AI observability, guardrails, and data-quality controls.
Use AI coding tools such as Devin, Windsurf, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
Collaborate with architecture, IT operations, security, and engineering teams.
