Job summary

Truliant Federal Credit Union is seeking an AI & Process Automation Developer. The role focuses on designing, building, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise automation and AI solutions, including RPA, workflow automation, and conversational AI.

You will work with developers, architects, and business partners to deliver secure, scalable automation across environments, while applying best practices in SDLC, DevSecOps, and governance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of foundational experience with AI or automation technologies (e.g., RPA, workflow automation, conversational AI, intelligent document processing)
• 3+ years of experience using source control, CI/CD processes, and modern software development tools
• 1+ years of automation development, systems integration, or related experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting technical solutions
• 2+ years of experience with REST APIs, SQL, JSON, XML, and system integration concepts
• 3+ years of experience with Python, Java, React JavaScript, Node.js, or similar programming languages

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reusable automation workflows, attended and unattended automations, and conversational AI capabilities using established development standards
• Connect solutions with enterprise applications through REST APIs, SOAP services, SQL databases, message queues, and enterprise connectors
• Test, document, deploy, troubleshoot, and support solutions across development, testing, and production environments
