Job summary

Emergent Software is seeking an experienced AI Architect to lead architecture, roadmap, and delivery of customer-facing AI capabilities across its SaaS platform portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role combining AI strategy, software design, and team guidance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering with architecture leadership.
• Proven production AI design and deployment experience.
• Deep AI architecture knowledge: LLM, RAG, memory, ontologies.
• Experience with agentic AI and MCP initiatives.
• Experience with graph/vector databases and semantic models.
• Hands-on software development involvement.
• Ability to guide AI roadmaps and strategy.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.
