As an OpenClaw Agent Builder, you’ll design, test, and evaluate agent behavior for real-world workflows, collaborating with teams across data parsing, logic processing, and reporting. Prior backend/AI automation experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building and maintaining production-grade software with modular separation.
• Live/non-mocked environments experience with multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback.
• Nice to have additional relevant AI tooling experience.

Responsibilities

• Write Eval Rubrics for agent evaluation.
• Debug Agent Traces to identify issues.
• Stress Test Agent under varying workloads.
