You will join a team focused on teaching agents how to design, coordinate, and optimize real-world architectural workflows, collaborating with other experts on mission-driven AI tasks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend, AI automation or complex systems integration experience.
• Ability to ship production-grade software with modular services.
• Experience with live environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and clear technical feedback.
• Nice-to-have: exposure to live tool integrations (APIs, emails, databases).

Responsibilities

• Write Eval Rubrics for agent evaluation.
• Debug Agent Traces and stress test agents.
• Coordinate multi-stage tasks and monitor system behavior.
