The Simplot Company seeks an experienced Agronomy Enablement Lead AB for the Pacific Northwest region. The role provides advanced agronomic expertise to commercial teams and growers, leading diagnostics, field development, and data-driven insights to improve grower outcomes and business performance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, Plant Science or related field required.
• PhD preferred; equivalent combinations of education and industry experience considered.
• 6+ years of progressive agronomic experience.
• Experience providing agronomic recommendations and supporting commercial sales.
• Experience conducting field trials, product evaluations, and agronomic research preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced agronomic support through field diagnostics and product placement recommendations.
• Lead and support field development programs for emerging products and technologies.
• Analyze agronomic and telemetry data to provide actionable insights for teams and growers.
• Conduct technical training to strengthen product knowledge and consultative selling skills.
• Partner with commercial teams and growers to identify opportunities and support growth.
• Manage crop claim investigations, inventory tracking, and record maintenance with accuracy.
