Job summary

State of Washington Employment Security Department seeks a Management Analyst 3, Agricultural Services Coordinator (MA3), primarily telework with occasional in-office duties. The role leads Wagner-Peyser and MSFW programs, coordinating farmworker recruitment, referral and placement, with statewide reach and a focus on equity and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will guide training, performance management, and policy updates while partnering with the Wagner-Peyser team to ensure timely outcomes

Qualifications

  • Spanish language ability: reading and communicating in Spanish (occasional)
  • Advisory skills to provide professional and technical guidance
  • Analytical skills to evaluate complex issues

  • Reporting expertise to create visuals/reports of findings
  • Training development to design and deliver operational training

Responsibilities

  • Provide program expertise, training, performance management, and technical assistance to WorkSource offices and statewide Wagner-Peyser and MSFW programs
  • Lead teams and develop processes for continuous service delivery improvements
  • Create and maintain desk-aides, SOPs, and manuals to ensure compliance
  • Review/state and federal rules; inform staff of changes; design and deliver training statewide
  • Assist with oversight of program services to meet performance goals and establish measurable indicators
  • Identify performance or operational problems and provide options and recommendations
  • Coordinate program services and resources; act as SME and program liaison

Education

Associates degree in business administration, public administration, law, public health, health administration, or related field
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, law, public health, health administration, or related field
