Job summary

Cultura is seeking motivated college juniors and seniors to join as Project-Based Interns. This paid internship offers flexible hours to fit academic schedules and hands-on experience through project-based assignments. Interns may work on AI projects, building and testing AI agents and automated workflows.

The position runs for one year or as mutually agreed, not exceeding 20 hours per week. Work is remote; applicants must be located in the United States and legally eligible to work.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled as a junior or senior in a college/university program related to CS, Marketing, Business Administration, or Agriculture.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; AI experience a plus.
• Able to work remotely from within the United States and balance internship with class schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project work across software development, data analysis, marketing campaigns, and product research.
• Collaborate with mentors to achieve project goals and deliverables.
• Conduct research and analysis to support project objectives and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare documentation and presentations for project completion and stakeholder communication.
• Participate in training sessions and mentorship activities to grow professionally.
• Receive regular feedback to support personal and professional development.
