BairesDev is seeking a Delivery Director to join our Management team and lead various multicultural projects worldwide. You will manage project practices using agile methodologies and ensure communication between Project Managers and customers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in project management of software outsourcing.
• Good understanding of personnel, time, and budget management.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Direct project management practices using agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with PMO to execute strategies for your Project Managers.
• Ensure effective communication between Project Managers and Customers.
