Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an Agile Coach/Scrum Master to join their client team in Nashville, Tennessee with a remote delivery model. You will lead agile delivery, coach Product Owners, and ensure effective Scrum practices across enterprise platforms.

You will drive the transformation from waterfall to agile, align with governance, monitor metrics, and enable transparent reporting to executives while ensuring compliance and ITSM considerations in healthcare contexts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Scrum Master in enterprise environments.
• 3+ years leading agile transformation from waterfall to agile.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile concepts.
• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare preferred).
• Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar backlog systems.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to operate at both team and executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Coach Product Owners on prioritization and backlog refinement
• Remove impediments that affect velocity and delivery
• Establish and monitor delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time, throughput, defects)
• Support auditability and compliance in agile programs
