Job summary

Sud Recruiting partners with a leading hospital and health care system to hire a senior Agile Coach. The role guides stakeholders across the IT organization in adopting and improving Agile practices, with a focus on Epic workstreams and Epic systems.

This is a high-visibility, remote role for residents in the Eastern or Central Time zones, with occasional travel to the NY metro area. The coach will mentor Scrum Masters, Product Managers, development teams, and senior leaders to foster

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years Agile coaching or enterprise Agile transformation experience.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence Cloud.
• Epic experience is required.
• Strong facilitation and communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Guide stakeholders across the IT organization in adopting Agile practices.
