Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of software engineering and solution architecture experience.
• 7+ years of enterprise architecture and design patterns experience.
• 3+ years of AWS experience.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience with applied and agentic AI systems (preferred).
• 10+ years of cloud computing experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• 10+ years of coding in Java, Python, Go, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Swift.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate Agentic AI concepts into business value.
• 10+ years of full lifecycle software development experience.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly prototype and assess new technologies for hyper-personalized marketing and assistive field sales systems.
• Partner with enterprise and card tech to develop best agentic marketing and sales systems.
• Establish and evangelize technical charters to drive AI adoption across the org.
• Bridge the gap between current and future systems, ensuring health and scalability.
• Clear roadblocks for developers with sound technical, process, or risk-acceptance judgement.
• Serve as an authoritative expert on non-functional system characteristics such as performance and operability.
• Provide architectural guidance for large cross-domain programs.
• Design and review PoCs with hands-on code contributions where necessary.
• Mentor and coach the technical talent within the engineering and product community.
