Job summary

Nen Creative is seeking an Agency Producer to partner with our in-house team and clients, managing projects from brief to delivery. You’ll bridge creative, production and client teams to ensure clarity, quality and on-time execution on a variety of video and motion campaigns.

With 2+ years in production or agency project management, you’ll build timelines and budgets, coordinate with directors, editors and designers, and keep stakeholders aligned.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of production/agency experience.
• Ability to manage complex multi-deliverable projects.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Calm, proactive approach under pressure.
• Familiarity with project tools like Asana or Airtable.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple video and motion projects from kickoff to final delivery.
• Build and track timelines, budgets, and deliverables across stakeholders.
• Anticipate risks or scope changes early and align the team.
• Keep Asana boards and production schedules current.
• Serve as a key client contact throughout projects.
• Collaborate with directors, editors, and designers to maintain workflow.
