Responsibilities

• Recruiting and training new sales representatives.
• Assisting with interviews and training of agents.
• Coaching on prospecting and presentations for clients.
• Supporting agents in achieving sales goals and managing client pipeline.
• Leading onboarding of new agents and using tools for prospecting and management.
