Guided Growth is seeking a senior Clos er to handle the founder's call load and close high-ticket deals with surgeons from a fully remote position across US time zones. You will manage 6–8 qualified calls weekly, with a productized system priced at $6k–$10k plus a $5k monthly retainer, supported by a $3k/mo draw during ramp.

The role rewards a consultative, ethical approach, strong ownership, and the ability to generate conversations when needed, with earnings tied to commission.

Qualifications

• Mandatory high ticket B2B sales experience, closing deals in the thousands to tens of thousands of dollars, not ecommerce or transactional sales.
• A genuine understanding of lead generation and paid media marketing, so you can speak credibly to how the system works, not just what it costs.
• Prior agency sales experience is a strong plus; a proven blend of high ticket sales skill and marketing fluency is also acceptable

Responsibilities

• Take 6 to 8 qualified inbound calls per week to start, scaling as ad spend increases
• Run consultative, high ticket sales conversations for a $6,000 to $10,000 system build plus a $5,000 per month management retainer
• Maintain or improve on the founder's close rate through a genuinely consultative, non pushy sales process
• Hunt for and generate your own conversations through outbound and organic methods whenever your calendar has room
• Keep your projections, tracking sheets and CRM accurately updated
• Attend daily team huddles and submit an end of day report
• Be reachable across US business hours; a 7 to 8am PST start is a good guideline given the founder is based in Bali
