Job summary

UDR, Inc. is seeking an After Hours Maintenance Service Tech for remote-based support across multiple states including CA, CO, FL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, WA, DC. The role handles emergency maintenance calls, diagnoses issues, and coordinates with vendors to ensure timely service for residents.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in building/mechanical maintenance is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Must be able to use computer and enter service tickets.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency maintenance calls and assess severity.
• Follow flow charts to determine emergencies.
• Direct residents on self-service resolutions when possible.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues.
• Act as liaison to contact service vendors for deployment.
