Job summary

Abound Health is seeking Alternative Family Living Direct Support Professionals to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. This AFL Direct Support Professional role involves helping with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support in a home setting.

As a contracted DSP, you will partner with clients and families to foster independence and meaningful daily routines. Ideal candidates value routine, community involvement, and relationship-based support.

Qualifications
