Job summary

Workster Jobs is seeking an Affiliate Manager for the German FX market in the EMEA region. This fully remote role enables working from home while spearheading strategic partnerships and expanding our affiliate network.

You will develop German-language campaigns, manage relationships with affiliates, and optimise performance using data insights to meet KPIs. A strong finance/Forex background and independent remote work capability are essential.

Qualifications

Fluency in German with strong communication skills.
Proficiency in English for international collaboration.
Proven experience in affiliate marketing in finance, especially Forex.
Strong analytical ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management to drive results.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies for the German FX market within the EMEA region.
Build and nurture relationships with new and existing affiliates to drive growth.
Monitor affiliate performance and use data-driven insights to optimise strategies and KPIs.
Identify potential partners, negotiate terms, and onboard them into the programme.
Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate initiatives with marketing goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to keep offerings competitive.
