Job summary

Mercor is hiring Consultants to work across two aesthetics projects—Project Style and Project Midas. You will review AI-generated knowledge-work deliverables (decks, docs, spreadsheets, PDFs) and rework the strongest one until it reads as genuinely well-made in both content and design.

You’ll compare variants, score them on layout, typography, colour, and polish, provide evidence-based justifications, and apply sharp design judgment to corporate client materials.

Qualifications

• Background in design, marketing/comms, or knowledge-work
• Ability to spot layout inconsistencies and justify edits in writing
• Interest in presenting high-quality business deliverables

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated deliverables across decks, docs, spreadsheets, and PDFs
