Job summary

BSI seeks a Senior Aerospace Auditor to assess client systems against AS/EN standards, prepare detailed reports and advise on certificate actions. You will lead teams, maintain high-quality client interactions and ensure timely updates of records.

Fluency in German (C1) and English (C1) is required, with willingness to travel nationally and internationally. Based in a home office in Germany and travel to meet clients as needed.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Aerospace Auditor (AS/EN standards) with current authentication.
• Registered as an AEA in the OASIS database (mandatory requirement).
• Proven management system auditing experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS/EN 9100.
• Fluency in German (C1) is compulsory and English (C1) also required.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
• Strong integrity and ethical standards.
• Commercial awareness and focus on client value.

Responsibilities

• Assess customers' systems and processes against BSI requirements to deliver value.
• Prepare assessment reports and communicate findings with clear corrective actions.
• Recommend certificate actions per BSI policy and timelines.
• Maintain high-quality planning, delivery, reporting and client interactions.
• Demonstrate commercial insight and add value through client feedback.
• Lead assessment teams and coordinate for quality delivery.
• Build strong client relationships to support long-term satisfaction and growth.
• Provide accurate information to internal teams and keep client records updated.
