Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking an AEO Specialist to own search for B2B and growing-brand clients, shaping technical roadmaps, content priorities, and the ranking narrative. You guide strategy, work with writers and AI to drive results, and own the performance story for clients.

You will lead technical SEO, content strategy, local and multi-location optimization, and reporting in GA4 and Search Console, delivering quarterly roadmaps for each client.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO audits and fixes you have done yourself.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
• Define keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities with writers and AI.
• Get clients found in AI search and traditional organic results.
• Lead links, local search and multi-location SEO where needed.
• Report in GA4 and Search Console, and craft quarterly client roadmaps.
