Dentsu is seeking a Business Analyst for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to bridge business needs and technical solutions on enterprise projects. You will work with clients, developers, and product teams to drive digital transformation from discovery through delivery.

You will translate requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborate across disciplines, and help keep Agile backlogs healthy.

Qualifications

• Experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) on enterprise projects.
• Background as a Business Analyst in Agile environments.
• Proven ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specs.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
• Clear communication with business and technical audiences.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand goals, challenges and requirements.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and requirements workshops.
• Translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and docs.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, UX, and product teams.
• Help prioritize and refine backlogs for Agile delivery.
• Participate in sprint planning, standups, and ceremonies.
• Support UAT and ensure delivered solutions meet expectations.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps early to stay on track.
• Ensure documentation is clear, traceable and aligned with goals.
