Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least three years in a professional communications, marketing, advancement, fundraising, or related role.
• Experience creating, posting, monitoring, and managing social media content.
• Graphic design experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Website content management using WordPress or similar platform.
• Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating communications campaigns.
• Experience producing newsletters, emails, digital campaigns, reports, and presentations.
• Experience supporting fundraising communications and donor stewardship.
• Advanced Microsoft Office or Google Suite skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate content for organizational communications across newsletters, social media, website, emails, reports and materials.
• Manage social media, plan and monitor content to grow online engagement and community.
• Maintain and update website content for accuracy and usability.
• Pre-design, edit, and provide feedback to ensure brand voice and consistency.
• Collaborate with leadership to leverage data in the communications strategy.
• Lead individual giving and outreach campaigns in collaboration with leadership.
• Support fundraising communications, donor stewardship, and sponsorship materials.
• Coordinate communications logistics for events, registrations, promotions, and vendors.
• Assist media relations and track earned media in coordination with leadership.
• Uphold brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
• Analyze performance data and report on communications metrics.
• Contribute to CQI to improve reach and engagement.
• Participate in goal setting and team initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
