Job summary

Qualifications

• Current or ability to obtain Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana state license as an APRN.
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner with full prescriptive authority in Colorado, Wyoming and Montana
• OR Current Colorado/Wyoming/Montana PA license with NCCPA certification.
• Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II–V.
• Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II–V.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Other certifications as required (ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).
• Current NCCPA/ANCC/AANP certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 100% virtual patient visits and provide care.
• Perform patient assessments and obtain complete clinical information.
• Order tests and exams to complete patient workup.
• Develop plans of care and oversee treatment.
• Collaborate with clinical pharmacy team and physicians.
• Document care and ensure billing codes are accurate.
• Educate patients and staff on care plans and finish CME requirements.
• Coordinate with other care providers to share practice expertise.
• Participate in research and evidence-based practice as appropriate.
