Qualifikationen

• Current NMC Registration (Adult Nurse) with no restrictions to practice.
• MSc or PGDip in Advanced Clinical Practice (essential).
• Independent prescribing qualification (V300).
• Clinical practice as a registered nurse (minimum 3 years).
• Primary Care Advanced Nurse Practitioner (minimum 2 years).
• Independent Prescriber (minimum 2 years).
• Current Basic Life Support certificate.
• Safeguarding Children and Adult Level 3.
• Ability to evidence four pillars of advanced practice.
• Remote working experience (desirable).
• Experience in private practice (desirable).

Aufgaben

• Delivery of Advanced Nurse Practice primary care services remotely, with face-to-face referrals when needed.
• Undertake clinical work in accordance with the National Framework of Advanced Clinical Practice and NMC codes.
• Refer customers to a GP or clinician as needed following internal processes.
• Engage in incident reporting and investigation per policy.
• Participate in competency assessments and annual clinical review.
• Undertake NMC revalidation every 3 years.
• Deliver best practice care to corporate and self-paying primary care customers.
• Promote services and contribute to remote clinical leadership for continuous improvement.
• Promote Bupa services and build relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Assist with internal referral pathways where appropriate.
