Job summary

Plan-Left is seeking an Ads & SEO Manager to oversee paid campaigns and organic search for multiple clients. You will own campaigns from strategy to execution and work with the marketing team to achieve measurable ROI and search visibility gains.

The role is remote with flexible hours and potential for full-time growth. Responsibilities include planning across Google Ads and Meta Ads, SEO strategy, testing, audits, content coordination, and monthly reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• 2+ years hands-on SEO, including technical, on-page, and content SEO.
• Proven track record managing $10K+ monthly ad budgets.
• Demonstrated experience improving organic rankings for multiple sites.
• Experience with A/B testing and statistical significance.
• Agency environment experience; multi-client management.
• Google Ads certification is required; Meta Blueprint preferred.
• Strong analytics with GA, GTM, and Search Console; familiar with SEO tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Own campaign performance from strategy to execution and reporting.
• Manage multiple client ad accounts with varying budgets.
• Conduct keyword research, targeting, and competitive analysis.
• Design and run AB tests for ads, landing pages, and audiences.
• Monitor daily metrics and optimize for ROI and ROAS.
• Own on-page, technical, and off-page SEO strategy for clients.
• Coordinate with content/design teams for SEO content needs.
• Produce monthly performance reports covering paid and organic metrics.
• Present strategic recommendations and collaborate with account managers.
