Job summary

Lyra Clinical Associates, in partnership with Lyra Health, seeks a licensed MA DBT clinician to provide individual DBT and DBT skills groups via live video to adolescent clients. You will assign digital lessons and monitor outcomes between sessions.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted MA license to practice independently.
• Formal didactic DBT training required.
• Minimum 1 year DBT experience with adolescents.
• DBT-LBC certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with high-risk clients including suicidality.
• Willingness to obtain cross-licensing in additional states.
• Experience with telehealth therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual DBT therapy via live video.
• Lead DBT skills groups for adolescents.
• Assign digital lessons and assess progress between sessions.
• Collaborate with DBT team and attend trainings.
• Maintain culturally responsive care.
