Job summary

Lyra Clinical Associates in the United States seeks an experienced MA-licensed DBT therapist to join Lyra Care Therapy for adolescents. Deliver individual DBT and group skills via live video, assign digital lessons, and monitor progress with outcomes between sessions.

You will work within a supportive, evidence-based, collaborative team, participate in weekly consultations, and stay current with DBT training.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted MA clinical license required.
• Formal didactic DBT training required.
• Minimum 1 year experience providing DBT to adolescents.
• DBT-LBC certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual DBT and DBT skills groups via live video for adolescents.
• Assign DBT-relevant digital lessons, videos, and assessments for between-session learning.
• Monitor client progress and outcomes between sessions.
• Participate in weekly consultation meetings and trainings.
• Collaborate within a supportive, culturally responsive care team.
